P H Capital Ltd (originally H L Financial Consultants and Management Services Private Limited) was incorporated in the year 1973 as a private company. Later it was converted into a Limited Company in 1994 and renamed Ficom Industries Ltd. After becoming a Limited Company, in 1994 Ficom Industries Limited had offered its shares to public via an IPO and got listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The name of the company there after has been changed to P H Capital Limited in 2003.

Mr. Pradip Harkisondass was the pioneer in Investment Banking in the private sector in India in the year 1973. H. L. Financial Consultants and management Pvt. Ltd [FICOM] became the Leading brokerage and merchant banking house in India in the 70’s and 80’s.

Mr. Rikeen Dalal, son of Mr. Pradip Harkisondass joined as a trainee in 1985 and from mid 1987 he managed the operations as a Managing Director of the Company. The Merchant Banking Division had grown to a great extent under his leadership.

Mr. Rikeen Dalal specialized in primary market and worked closely with the merchant banking outfit of the group in underwriting, marketing of IPO’s fixed deposits, government securities, Debentures, PSU bonds and other allied business and collectively it had the largest and the most enviable distribution channel in the country.

Mr Rikeen Dalal has 3 decades of experience of Stock Broking, Investment Banking, Retail & Wholesale Distribution of financial products and related financial services. He has been associated with the Company as Director since 1987 and the Company has benefited from his rich experience in varied finance field.
